If you’d like to build your own workout program from the ground up, you can do that directly inside the app using the custom program builder.
Step 1: Access the program builder
- Go to your Profile
- Tap My Programs
- Select + Build Program from Scratch
Important before you continue
If you’ve already completed workouts in your current week, you’ll see a warning.
Creating a new custom program mid-week will reset your current workout structure for that week.
If you want to keep your existing structure, wait until the start of a new week before creating your custom program. This is important to avoid losing your current setup.
Step 2: Build your workout split
Once you continue, you’ll be taken to the workout screen with full customization.
- Tap + Add Workout on any day
- Enter a name for that workout day (for example, Upper Body, Push, Legs, etc.)
- Choose exercises from the full exercise library
Repeat this process to build out your full weekly split.

Step 3: Customize your exercises
After adding an exercise:
- Tap the three dots beside it
- Adjust sets, reps, and any other available options.
Step 4: Name and finalize your program
Once your workouts are set up, you’ll be prompted to enter a name for your program. Choose something that makes it easy to recognize later, especially if you plan to create multiple programs.
After naming it, finalize your program and it will be applied to your schedule. Shift your days around as you like by pressing and holding the workout days and moving them up and down your week.
