If you can’t find a specific exercise in the BWS+ app, you can create your own custom workout. This allows you to personalize your training and log the exact movements you want.
Steps to create a custom exercise
Start creating a workout
When entering an exercise, type in the workout name.
If the exercise doesn’t already exist, you’ll see the option to “Create new exercise.”
Fill out the exercise details
Enter the required fields to define your custom exercise:
Equipment used
Exercise type
Primary muscles worked
Secondary muscles worked
Default number of sets
Default rep range
Save your custom exercise
Once saved, your new entry will appear under the Custom Exercises section.
From here, you can add it to your workouts anytime.
Note
Custom exercises work just like built-in ones, meaning you can track sets, reps, and progress directly in your log.
