Yes, absolutely. You can swap in a workout day from a different program without fully replacing your current program or wiping out workouts you’ve already completed this week.
This is especially useful in situations like working from home for the day, traveling, or having access to a different gym setup, where you want a more suitable workout without resetting your progress.
When this is the right approach
Use a workout swap if:
You want a one-for-one replacement for a specific workout day
You do not want to lose completed workouts earlier in the week
You want the change to persist going forward, instead of just this week
How to swap a workout from another program
Make sure the other program is saved
Go to Profile → My Programs
Confirm the program you want to pull the workout from is saved in your library
2. Open program customization
Go to the Workout tab
Tap the three dots next to This Week’s Schedule
Select Customize Program
3. Swap the workout day
Find the workout day you want to replace
Tap the three dots next to that day
Select Swap workout
4. Choose what to do with the original workout day
You’ll be asked whether you want to save the original workout day or remove it
Choose the option you prefer and continue
5. Select the replacement workout
Browse your saved programs
Open the program and select the specific workout day you want
Tap Swap workout to confirm
Once completed, the selected workout day will appear in your schedule in place of the original.
Important note about future weeks
This swap is persistent. That means:
The new workout will carry forward into future weeks
If you want to revert back later, you’ll need to repeat the same steps and swap the original workout back in
