What are Quick Edits?
Quick Edits is designed to help you adapt your workout on the fly when things don’t go as planned, whether you’re short on time or don’t have access to certain equipment.
Instead of rebuilding your workout from scratch, you can make fast, intelligent adjustments directly from your workout preview.
Where can I find Quick Edits?
You can access Quick Edits from your workout preview screen.
Look for the lightning bolt icon, this is your Quick Edits tool.
What can I adjust with Quick Edits?
At the moment, Quick Edits allows you to modify:
1. Time
If you’re in a rush, you can shorten your workout.
The app will automatically:
- Reduce rest times
- Decrease the number of sets
- Combine exercises into supersets (when appropriate)
This helps you stay efficient without losing the structure of your session.
2. Equipment
If your available equipment changes, you can quickly swap exercises.
- Select the equipment you don’t have access to
- Update your available setup
- The app will recommend alternative exercises that target the same muscle groups
How do I save my changes?
Once you’re ready to proceed, you’ll be prompted to choose:
- Apply to this workout only, or
- Apply to all future workouts of this type
This gives you flexibility depending on whether the change is temporary or permanent.
How do I undo or revert changes?
If you don’t like the adjustments:
- You can undo your most recent change, or
- Once saved the history icon (clock symbol) to revert back to a previous version of your workout

Use Quick Edits when you want to stay consistent without overthinking it. It’s the fastest way to keep your training on track, even when your schedule or environment changes.
