If you need to update sets, reps, weights or even full exercise movements from a workout you’ve already completed, you can easily make those changes directly from your dashboard.
Step-by-Step: Editing a Past Workout
Go to your Dashboard tab.
Navigate to the specific day of the workout you want to update.
Tap into the checklist item labeled “View Workout.”
From there, you can edit any values (sets, reps, weight, etc.) as needed.
Your changes will save automatically once you re-complete the workout.
💡 Pro Tip: Use Calendar View to Jump Back Faster
Instead of scrolling back week by week:
Pull down on the week view to expand it into calendar view.
From there, you can quickly scroll month to month to find the exact date you need.
This makes locating older workouts much faster, especially if you're reviewing long-term progress.
