Built With Science+ automatically tracks personal records for most standard rep based exercises. These PRs help you quickly see when you’ve hit a new best performance, and they’re marked with a trophy icon on your workout dashboard and in your exercise history.
Personal records that are currently tracked
For the majority of rep set movements, the app tracks two types of PRs:
Heaviest lift
This is the most weight you’ve lifted for the highest number of reps in a single set.Total lifted
This is the highest total training volume you’ve completed in one set, calculated from the weight and reps performed.
What isn’t currently tracked
At the moment, PRs are not tracked for:
Rest pause style sets
Duration based exercises
These may be supported in the future, but for now PR tracking is focused on traditional rep based lifts.
