Accessory workouts are optional add-on routines designed to complement your main program. These workouts are available if you’d like to add more focus on your core (abdominal work) or include extra stretching and flexibility sessions.
Where to find them
Open the Workout tab in your app.
Scroll down past your scheduled main workout for the day.
You’ll see an Accessory Workouts section with options like abdominal exercises or ones that help improve your mobility and stretches.
How to use them
Accessory workouts are not required. They’re there if you want to supplement your main plan.
You can add them to your current training week at any time.
Once added, you can choose to either:
Maintain this schedule for the current week only, or
Apply it to all future weeks of your program.
👉 Tip: Use accessory workouts flexibly — whether it’s for extra core work or mobility sessions to improv recovery and movement quality.
