Select Chat Support to start a conversation with our AI chat assistant.
It can help answer most questions right away. If your question requires a more personal response, you can choose to connect with a human support agent directly from the chat.
Once your message is escalated, our support team will review and respond as soon as possible.
We’re a small team, but we’re committed to getting back to you within 24 hours of your initial request.
When our team replies, your response will be sent to your email, so be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for updates.
Jeremy AI
The fastest way to get help is by chatting with Jeremy AI, located in the top right corner of your app.
Jeremy AI is designed to give you detailed fitness advice and guidance just like Jeremy Ethier himself would. His knowledge comes directly from Jeremy’s videos, workout plans, vlogs, and other educational content, allowing him to provide science-backed, personalized answers on training, nutrition, and recovery.
If you’ve encountered an issue that can’t be resolved by Jeremy, or you’re having trouble with Jeremy AI itself, you can simply ask Jeremy to create a support ticket. This will send your request to our support team, and someone from our team will respond via email within 24 hours
