How can I pause my subscription?

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, whether it’s an injury, a busy period at work, or time away on vacation. In those cases, pausing your Built With Science App subscription might make the most sense.

At this time, subscriptions can’t be paused directly within the app. However, our support team can help you with this request.

To temporarily pause your membership:

• Contact us through the in-app support chat, or

• Email [e-mail]

Once we receive your message, a team member will review your account and provide options to pause your subscription so you can resume when you’re ready to continue your fitness journey!
