You can start your workouts in the Built With Science+ app from two main locations, the Dashboard tab or the Workout tab. Once opened, your workout will begin from the Workout Page.
From the Dashboard Tab
To start your workouts from the Dashboard tab, tap any day with the dumbbell icon and tap the checklist item to Complete workout. Any workout day of the active week or past weeks can be completed but not for future weeks. Pull down the week view to get a full calendar view instead.

From the Workout Tab
The Workout tab always displays your current week.
Simply tap any workout day to open that day’s workout.

On the Workout Page
Once you’ve opened the workout page:
Tap Start Workout to begin.

If you’ve already started the session previously, you’ll see Resume Workout instead. Tap it to continue where you left off
