There are a couple of different places that you can find and choose different exercise alternatives.
Option 1:
Go to your dashboard tab. On the dashboard tab, you can click on any of the workouts and it will take you to a workout preview page.
Once you've entered the overview, tap Edit on the top right corner. Doing so will reveal some options next to each exercise denoted by three dots. After pressing the three dots next to your desired exercise, tap Swap. Pressing it will show you all of the exercise alternatives, based the muscle groups the original exercise focuses on, that you can select instead.
Worth noting that saving your changes for the day will prompt the system to ask if you'd like to apply your changes to your future workouts as well if these are adjustments you'd want to continue in the medium to long term, as shown below.
Option 2:
You can also select an alternative while you are actively completing your workout. Within the active workout page, you can select alternatives in a similar manner by pressing the three dots next to each exercise. Tapping Swap Exercise will bring you to the same exercise selection page as shown above.
