How do I gain access to the bonus portal as an Apple sign-in subscriber?

This article only applies to users who sign into their account as highlighted above.

If your BWS+ subscription was created through Apple, your login is tied to Apple’s system. This means promotions and discounts like our Black Friday deal cannot be applied to your existing account in the same way as standard Stripe subscriptions, and you will not be able to access the new bonus portal (web.builtwithscience.com) until we migrate your account.

To make sure you get full access, we will need to move your subscription from Apple to our Stripe system. Here is how to get started:

1. Create a new BWS+ account using your email address

Open the BWS+ app and create a brand new account using your email. This will trigger a new trial and require you to fill out the onboarding questions again. This step only creates the account. You will not be charged.

2. Tell us your original Apple subscription details

Once your new email based account is created, contact our support team with the following information:
• Whether your Apple subscription was monthly or annual
• The date your Apple subscription was set to renew
• The email tied to your Apple subscription

3. We will map your subscription onto your new account

After you provide those details, we will manually transfer your remaining Apple subscription time into your new Stripe based account. This will also grant you access to the new bonus portal at web.builtwithscience.com.

4. Cancel your Apple subscription

Once we migrate your subscription, make sure to cancel your old Apple subscription so you are not billed twice. Going forward, you will log in using the email and password on your new account.
