How do I change my basic information?

We understand that you may need to update some of your personal details in the BWS+ App from time to time. Fields like your email, name, height, and starting weight can all be updated, though each is handled a little differently.

Changing Your Email Address

If you’d like to update the email connected to your account, please reach out to our support team.
Because we need to confirm ownership of your account, be prepared to verify some identifiable information from your current profile before we process the change.

For updates to your name or height, simply contact our support team and we’ll make the adjustments for you right away.

You can update your starting weight directly in the app:

3. Select your weight entry and update it to your correct starting weight.
