How do I submit a feature request?

We value all our feedback from our members. Your ideas directly influence the BWS+ App and help guide our product roadmap. Many of our most requested features have come from users like you.

From Inside the BWS+ App

1. Open the BWS+ App.

2. Go to your Settings.

3. Tap Request a Feature 

On Our Public Roadmap

After selecting Feature Request, you’ll be redirected to our public roadmap page.

From there:

1. Click Request a feature.

2. Fill out the short conversational form with your idea or suggestion.

3. Once submitted, your request will appear on our roadmap where you can:

   • Track its progress from submission through to release

   • View all other requests in a kanban-style board showing what’s planned, in progress, and released

   • Upvote and comment on other requests to share your thoughts

Why This Matters

Every request helps us understand what’s most important to our community. By submitting feedback, you play a direct role in shaping the BWS+ experience and helping us prioritize future improvements.
