The exercise YouTube videos don’t seem to be loading for me. What should I do?

You should first try to close and reopen the app to see if this resolves the issue. If you aren’t already signed into YouTube, we’d recommend trying to sign in as well and see if this resolves the issue.

An important thing to note is that you cannot be turning off/on VPN while using the app.
