Why can’t I log into my account?

If you have already created your account and forgot your password, go to the Login screen and select Forgot my password. You will receive an email with a link to reset it.

If you have not logged into your account yet, check your email for the message titled “You've Signed Up For The BWS App, Now What?”. This contains your initial login details. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder.
